He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, and has attended numerous professional courses both locally and internationally related to gases, welding, and business management.</p> <p>He also obtained a Certificate of Competence from Butcher Bros Ltd (UK), authorizing him to provide on-site safety certification for Oxy-fuel gas welding, cutting, and heating equipment.</p> <p>With his extensive training and leadership experience, Mr. Akinola continues to drive the company’s mission of excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
He obtained his early education at Ibadan District Council Primary School and Anglican Secondary School, before advancing to the Government Technical College, Oyo, and later the Murex Welding Institute, UK, where he received specialized welding training. He also pursued professional courses at the Nigerian Institute of Management and Ashridge Management College, UK, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to technical and managerial excellence.
Socially, he is an active community leader and sports enthusiast, serving as a member of the NDA and Kaduna Golf Clubs, a former Chairman of the FRSC Special Marshal Units in Kaduna State, and a Past President of the Kaduna Lions Club. His community spirit and leadership continue to reflect the core values of Tabson Gases & Welding Products Limited.
